BSP JX driven piling rig mounted on a robust JCB 220X tracked excavator, ideal for efficient foundation work across a wide range of construction projects. Equipped with a DX series hydraulic drop hammer delivering up to 30kNm of hammer energy, the rig is capable of driving steel, timber and precast concrete piles quickly and effectively. With a working height of 13metres, the machine can handle pile lengths up to 8 metres and achieve pile loads up to 2,500kN, making it perfectly suited for housing developments, urban construction and infrastructure projects. Additional features include a self-erecting mast for rapid setup on site, a radio remote control for safer operation and low ground pressure, enabling work on restricted or soft ground conditions. The combined machine weight is 28.6 tonnes and this relatively light weight, combined with a wide and long undercarriage, reduces the ground pressure to just 82kN/m?.
