Dernaseer DWP450 Wash Plant

The highly versatile and portable DWP washing plant is fitted with a 20’ x 6’ (6m x 1.83m) three-deck inclined washing screen capable of producing one or two sand products and three aggregates, along with a cyclone sand processing unit incorporating a sump tank, dual rubber-lined "Linatex" slurry pumps, a pair of "Linatex" rubber-lined cyclones and a high-efficiency dewatering screen, which maximises the amount of saleable sand produced. The sandbox and discharge chutes are rubber lined to reduce wear and noise. The plant is mounted on a heavy duty triple axle chassis with onboard catwalks providing access to the screen and sand unit for routine maintenance. The DWP washing plant can be supplied with a mobile feeding and pre-screen unit, and mobile stockpilers to provide maximum productivity and portability to both sand and gravel producers and recycling operators
