The flighted belt conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment equipped with corrugated sidewalls on both sides of the conveyor belt and cleat in the middle. It can achieve steep inclination conveying (0°~90°), effectively preventing material spillage and significantly saving floor space. Its working principle is consistent with that of ordinary belt conveyors: it drives the conveyor belt to operate through the friction between the drive roller and the conveyor belt, and materials are confined in the closed conveying space formed by the sidewalls and cleats, completing the conveying process from the feed end to the discharge end along with the conveyor belt. This equipment is widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, coal, ports, building materials, chemicals, and grain, and is suitable for conveying various bulk materials including ores, coal, sand, gravel, grain, and chemical raw materials.
